• Tour and membership requests: your name, email address, optional phone number, the workspace you are interested in, your preferred date and time, the number of people and any message you write.
• Technical data: to prevent spam and abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent with each request, and short-lived rate-limit records.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, confirm availability and arrange your visit.
• To keep the website secure and protect it from spam.

We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it with service providers who help us run the business (for example our email provider), under appropriate agreements.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 365 days and then deleted unless you become a member.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie (DESKORASESS) to keep our forms secure. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Embedded maps are provided by OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when the map loads.
